Send to Basket

From the Chrome Web Store (recommended): open the install link we share with you and press Add to Chrome. That’s it — the MiFooDo icon appears in your toolbar.

Testing an unpacked build instead? Open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode (top right), click Load unpacked, and choose the extension folder.

1. In your MiFooDo app or plan page, tap Send to basket.
2. Open the extension and press Preview to check prices, and anything out of stock or unmatched. This changes nothing.
3. Press Add to basket. It fills your own supermarket basket. It never books a slot and never pays — you review and check out yourself on the supermarket’s own site.

The four buttons: Preview checks prices and changes nothing. Add to basket adds your plan’s items. Sync to plan also removes items you’ve dropped from the plan. Empty MiFooDo items removes only what MiFooDo added and leaves your own items.

A shop says you’re not signed in

The extension only ever acts in a tab where you are already logged in. Open that supermarket in a browser tab, sign in as normal, then try again. Tap Check stores in the extension any time to see which shops are ready (it changes nothing).

Only some items landed in my basket

Usually a line is out of stock at that supermarket, or isn’t matched to a product there yet. The Preview lists those lines so you can add a substitute by hand. Everything else is added as normal.

How do I update or reload the extension

Chrome updates Web Store extensions automatically. To force it now: open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode (top right), then press Update. If you’re running an unpacked test build, press the reload ↻ icon on its card after pulling the latest code.

A price looks different from my plan

Press Preview first — it checks each line’s live price and flags anything dearer than your plan before you add it. Nothing is added until you press Add to basket, and you always review the full basket and check out yourself.
